The MQM leader asked who else would be a Pakistani if Altaf Hussain was not a Pakistani.

MQM Senator Tahir Mashadi said that the MQM can shut down Karachi if passport is not issued to Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain.
He said the government had not responded even a month after Hussain filed the application for his passport and ID card.
