Summary Pakistan's peace is conditional to peace in Karachi, he said.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Thursday following a meeting with Pir Sahib Pagara that government will provide full support to law enforcement institutions to establish peace in Karachi, Dunya News reported.
He said that Karachi’s issues are complicated but things are progressing positively towards peace.
Earlier, addressing at Expo Center Lahore, Prime Minister said that efforts are being made to establish peace in the country and that formulating the internal security policy is a development towards that direction. He said that the draft of internal security policy has been presented in national assembly for discussion.
Earlier, speaking on the security issues on Wednesday, PM said that the path of negotiation has been adopted after consultation in All Parties Conference (APC). He hoped the negotiation will reap favourable fruits.
It is pertinent to mention here that Taliban and government negotiations committees met in Islamabad earlier today. Addressing the committee members, Prime Minister said it is government’s top priority to rid the country of every kind of terrorism and to ensure protection of people’s lives and property.
It is critical to establish peace to bring revolution, he said, adding that it is his constitutional, religious, national, moral and human duty to bring an end to series of fire and bloodshed in the country and to restore peace; to which he vowed not to be negligent.
Nawaz Sharif said that mutual consultation and guidance of both negotiation committees are necessary even for the new phase of negotiations.
A statement issued from Prime Minister’s house has said that Taliban committee’s patron Maulana Samiul Haq praised PM’s spirit and efforts to restore peace. Samiul Haq assured his support for the mission and invoked Almighty’s help for the success, the statement claimed.
Samiul Haq agreed to the need of new strategy to make decision making in negotiations process effective. He said that Prime Minister’s personal guidance, interest and sincere efforts have improved the situation which will be instrumental in restoring peace in the country.
Earlier, government committee’s coordinator Irfan Siddiqui brief Prime Minister over the developments on Wednesday.
Government and Taliban have both announced a temporary ceasefire in a bid to farther the dialogue process. Dozens of soldiers and citizens have been targeted in the past few weeks and Taliban had claimed the responsibility of most of those attacks. However, Pakistani leaders repeatedly maintained that peace talks were still a priority to resolve the decade old insurgency.
Following surgical strikes by Pakistan army, Taliban finally announced ceasefire earlier this month and was reciprocated by the government.
