KARACHI (Dunya News) – The anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi has ordered death penalty for three people accused of kidnapping for ransom and murder.
According to prosecutor, the accused Shahzad, Farhan and Shujaat kidnapped trader Muhammad Nawaz on August 17, 2010 and received 10 million rupees. The prosecutor also told the court that the accused abducted Muhammad Nawaz again after few months and murdered him for 1.9 million ransom.
It is important to mention that the airport police had arrested them.
