KARACHI (Online) - Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) announced a public rally on Sunday (today) in the metropolis to express solidarity with Pakistan’s armed forces.
A haleem banquet was organized under the aegis of North Nazimabad Residents Associations late Friday. Addressing the participants of the feast, deputy convener of Rabta Committee Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui demanded of the government to take strict action against those who disrupt peace, instead of wasting time on negotiations.
He also announced a public rally on Sunday to express solidarity with the military.
Senator Babar Ghauri said negotiations with the Taliban are a sheer wastage of time.
The Muttahida leaders were of the view that the citizens of Karachi will turn out to be an iron wall against the terrorists.
