According to local police, suicide vest of suspected suicide bomber blew him up near Mella-ground in Sibbi, town of Balochistan.
Body parts of suicide bomber were scattered on the scene, police officials said adding that fortunately bomber could not reach inside stadium where preparations of festival were underway.
Security forces rushed to the scene and cordon off area for search operation.
