Summary 19 donkeys stolen from Quetta were recovered from Hyderabad.
HYDERABAD: (Dunya News) – In a breakthrough over stolen donkeys case, Baldia police station in Hyderabad has recovered 19 donkeys but failed to arrest the suspect.
According to reports, the stolen donkeys were property of one Qadir Khan Khilji, who is a resident of Qila Saifullah area in Quetta, and were stolen a few days ago. Khilji was tipped that the stolen donkeys have been taken to Hyderabad, following which he came to the city and filed for an investigation at the Baldia police station.
With the help of Khilji’s identification, police was successful in recovering all of the stolen animals; however, the suspect succeeded to escape the arrest.
Reportedly, police is calling the recovery a breakthrough regardless of the arrest of the suspect and it merits mentioning here that even such breakthroughs are rare in cases of theft, robbery and kidnapping. One noteworthy benefit the police gained out of this is that the donkeys had eaten the grass outside the police station saving them the cost of mower.
