ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Special court has reserved its judgment over the issue of applicability of criminal laws in the treason case against former President Pervez Musharraf.
A three-member led by Justice Faisal Arab resumed the hearing earlier on Wednesday.
During the hearing‚ prosecutor Akram Shaikh pleaded that there is no ambiguity in the formation of special court‚ which is fully authorised to hear criminal case.
He said if there is any vacuum‚ the court can seek assistance from the general law to reach on any conclusion.
He said the Supreme Court also declared the army act as subservient to the criminal procedure code in case of criminal proceedings.
Hearing of the treaon case has been adjourned till Thursday.
