PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan said that he would not sell Pakhtuns in exchange of US dollars.
Talking to newsmen in Peshawar on Thursday‚ the PTI chief eaffirmed his party s resolve to continue protest against US drone strikes till their end.
He said that the sit-ins would continue and NATO supplies would be blocked through Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa till end to drone strikes. He said PTI is working on a policy of zero-tolerance towards corruption‚ inefficiency and VIP culture.
Imran Khan said that controlling price-hike and increase in prices of petroleum products was not a provincial matter.
He accused the federal government for the ongoing inflation and price hike in the country.
The PTI chief said that the main reason behind the price hike was loadshedding while the federal government was showing discrimination agains KPK government in this regard.
Imran Khan said the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government would reforms to ensure good governance and socio-economic development in the province.
Earlier‚ Imran Khan inaugurated the Right To Information Office in Peshawar.
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak‚ provincial ministers and PTI’s office bearers also attended the event.
