KARACHI (Dunya News) – Some unidentified persons opened firing in Pirabad area killing one person and injuring three others while crackers attacks spread a wave of fear in the area.
A heavy contingent of Rangers and police cordoned off the area while Bomb Disposal Squad was also called in on the information of a suspected bag.
Meanwhile, a policeman was killed in firing at a police mobile near Hassan Square while five Avagon shells were fired in different areas of Lyari where five persons were injured.
Panic gripped the area after the attacks where shops and business centres were immediately closed.
