Summary Four gang war accused were killed in an encounter with Rangers in Lyari on early Sunday morning.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – After a few days pause, Lyari turned into a battle field again on early Sunday morning when an encounter between gang war accused and Rangers left four accused dead.
According to sources the accused belonged to Baba Ladla, Faisal Pathan and Wasiullah Lakho groups. Two of the deceased identified as Hakim Baloch and Mohsin belonged to Baba Ladla group. Another deceased identified as Shabbir alias Goga was member of Faisal Pathan group while the fourth deceased identified as Umar alias Jadoo belonged to Wasiullah Lakho group.
Large quantity of arms was also recovered. Reinforcement was also called in after the encounter in Lyari.
On Saturday, four people including a police official were killed in clashes between two rival groups of gang war accused while a key figure of gang war, Karim Baloch, was killed in encounter with police.
