Summary Dunya News has achieved written order issued by the court regarding ex-president’s bail petition.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - According to judicial order, Ghazi Abdul Rashid murder case against ex-president Pervez Musharraf was registered after six years. There is neither any eyewitness nor any proof of his participation in the Lal Masjid operation.
It was also said in the verdict that Pervez Musharraf’s presence on the site of occurrence also could not be proved.
It also could not become evident what was the jurisdiction of the operation, nor did it become clear what kind of violation was committed during operation.
The verdict says that it was also unclear on whose direction, the military operation was being launched and from whom operational commander were taking direction.
So far as the statements of witnesses are concerned, they are merely based on rumours and guess which have nothing to do with reality.
The verdict also says that none of the witnesses appeared before the court; so such statements can’t be accepted as legal evidence.
At the end, it was said that the report submitted by joint investing team of police also declared Pervez Mushrraf innocent all kinds of charges regarding murder cases.
