Summary Major institutions of Pakistan are paying no heed to the directions ordered by the courts.
LAHORE (Dunya News) Lahore High Court has ordered Railway General Manager and Deputy General Manager to appear before the court over committing violation to the court orders.
The counsel on the part of petitioner Muhammad Ali argued that the court had issued stay-order against evacuation of house in which the petitioner used to dwell but despite court order, the Railway officials not only banished petitioner from his official residence but also detained his children and family members.
The petitioner prayed to the court that the Railway officials have committed undoubtedly contempt of court by violating the court order, so stern legal actions should be taken against the accused.
Upon this, the court issued notices to General Manager and Deputy General Manager Railway, with the direction to appear before the court in person on October 29.
