Summary Govt of Punjab had filed plea for cancellation of bail of attack accused Zubair.
LAHORE (Online) - Two judges of Lahore High Court have refused to hear the appeal filed for bail cancellation of accused involved in attacking the Sri Lankan cricket team.
Government of Punjab had argued in the bail cancellation plea that, Zubair known as Naik Mohammad is the accused of attack on Sri Lankan cricket team and has been arrested with the help of CCTV footage.
CCTV footage holds the clear evidence against Zubair while the allegation has been also proved against him in investigation.
Prosecution lawyer said, subordinate court has accepted the bail of accused against the facts and evidences so his bail should be cancelled.
On this, Justice Shahid Hameed Dar and Justice Anwar-ul-Haq have excused themselves from hearing the case on personal reasons have returned the case back to Chief Justice.
