Lahore (Dunya News) The General Manager Shakil Ahmed, of the Pharmaceutical Afroze Pharma, was declared absconder for not being present in the court on the due date.
The government prosecutor informed the court that the accused of PIC spurious drug case has been proved to be guilty by the police but he did not come on the date of hearing for the trial.
The court also ordered the police to present the details of the property of the accused in the court.
