NAUDERO (Dunya News) – Former president Asif Ali Zardari has said that the PPP government completed its tenure by following reconciliation policy now the PML-N government has majority and it has mandate to take decisions in the best interest of the country.
Addressing an Eid Milan party here on Thursday, Asif Ali Zardari said that the decision of the PML-N government would impact the country and the future generations whether right or wrong.
He said that Pakistan was passing through a war-like situation due to Afghanistan and it needs to get out of this situation.
He said that we don’t want religious or sectarian conflict in the country as the militants could take advantage of our confrontations.
Asif Zardari said the situation in Karachi could be worsened if the PPP did not support operation.
Zardari said he has asked the Sindh government for new recruitments and reforms in police to improve law and order situation in the province.
He said that the PPP’s provincial government would generate low-priced electricity and it would make Sind a role model for other provinces.
PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah Faryal Talpur and several party workers were also present on this occasion.
Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah called on Asif Ali Zardari and discussed with him the overall situation in the province.
They also discussed reshuffle in Sindh cabinet and Bilawal’s future election contest.
