ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – According to details, security forces seized a car loaded with explosives from a house in Bara Kahu area of Islamabad.
The sources said that 125 kg of explosive material was hidden in doors and CNG cylinder of the car.
The bomb disposal squad reached the spot and diffused the explosive material and shifted the car to Bara Kahu Police Station.
According to sources, the car was non custom paid and was parked in the garage of a house. The owner of the house has been arrested.
According to police, the explosive material was to be used in terror activity in Islamabad. Police have sealed the entire area and launched a search operation. However no further arrest was made.
