Summary Next hearing of the aforesaid case would be made on September 10.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The court has postponed hearing of Judges’ Detention Case against former military dictator Pervez Muhsarraf. The petitioner Aslam Ghumman and counsel for Musharrf did not present in the court in order to pursue the case.
Special court judge Atiqur Rehman conducted hearing of Judges’ Detention Case. About 29 official witnesses including lawyers had been issued summons in this regard.
Due to absence of Musharrf’s counsel Ilyas Siddiqui, statements of witnesses could not be written.
The court had directed the petitioner Aslam Ghumman to pursue the case but he did not appear in the court according. Next hearing would be made on September 10.
