ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Tuesday said that all political parties must unite to make anti-terrorism policy successful.
Talking to media outside the Supreme Court, Rehman Malik said that opposition will support the government over its stance regarding national security and foreign policy.
He urged that government and opposition will take action against terrorism together.
Rehman Malik also refuted that rumours of Islamabad gunman Malik Sikandar’s link with President Asif Ali Zardari.
He said that negative elements are doing propaganda against the president on social media.
He also clarified that there is no rift between Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
Mr. Malik said he will visit Karachi to meet MQM leadership.
