ISLAMABAD (Online) - Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry would be hearing the suo motu notice issue of ‘Sikander’s episode’ today (Monday).
One lone, guns’ wielding Sikander, accompanied by his wife and two children had all Islamabad on its toes over his volatile armed harassment for nearly 6 hours, on a busy highway of Capital City.
The CJP has already taken notice of the issue due to direct sensational media coverage of the issue, on behalf of Tariq Asad (advocate), who has prayed to bring all those responsible for the debacle to justice, through a judicial commission probe.
A three-member bench headed by CJP would review the issue.
