QUETTA (Dunya News) – DIG operations Fayyaz Ahmed has been killed while several others were injured in a powerful blast in Quetta.
According to reports, the blast occurred when the funeral prayer of Station House Officer (SHO) City, who was killed on Thursday morning, was being held.
Sources said higher police officials were also attending the funeral prayer.
Hospital sources said ten injured have been brought at Civil Hospital Quetta.
The security forces cordoned off the site soon after the blast. An investigation has been started in this regard.
