Summary A three-judge SC bench will resume Musharraf treason case today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A three-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC), headed by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, will resume hearing a set of petitions seeking the initiation of a treason case against the former president Pervez Musharraf today.
Lawyers for both sides have completed their arguments. Meanwhile, the Attorney General will be asked about the new stance of the federal government in this regard. Attorney General will present government stance for proceedings under Article 6.
