Summary Three motorcyclists threw crackers inside the Central Jail Saturday night.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Back to back cracker explosions at Karachi Central Jail injured at least four on Saturday night.
According to a witness three motorcyclists dropped hand-grenades inside the Central Jail situated at University Road. The sound of the blasts was so intense that the people in nearby areas came out of their homes.
According to police four persons were injured in the blasts.
Talking to Dunya News minister for jails Manzoor Wasan said the activists of banned were being kept in the Central Jail. The minister said the miscreants threw crackers inside the jail and there was no major damage done.
Police, Rangers and rescue teams reached the site of blast and police cordoned off the area after the blasts.
