Summary Says curbing licenses and mobilising police force will improve the current law and order situation.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif ordered for the cancellation of nearly 36,000 weapon licenses issued in the last tenure to help the law and order situation.
The decision was taken at a meeting held on “Police Reforms” here on Saturday. The meeting was jointly presided by Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
The matters relating to the law and order‚ strategy to control the crimes and reforms in the Police Department were discussed.
According to the prime minister, curbing licenses and mobilising the police force will improve the current law and order situation of the country.
