ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Islamabad High Court has declared the FBR smuggled vehicles amnesty scheme as illegal.
The Court ordered the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to take the possession of fifty thousand such vehicles throughout the country and arrange to auction them.
The FBR earned Rs 16 billion through this scheme.
