ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that government is making such persons advisors whose names include amongst Exit Control List (ECL).
Passing remarks about the Attorney General, Chief Justice said that the government is taking such person as advisors whose names include amongst ECL.
He also directed the Attorney General to inform the government that judicial rulings should be respected while appointing legal advisors in different departments. Transparency and candidness should be preferred regarding every kind of appointments and transfers, said Chief Justice.
Attorney General Munir A Malik has assured the court that apex court’s order would be followed in true spirit.
