Summary Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) could not submit chalan in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
Rawalpindi (dunya news): Anti Terrorism Court resumed hearing of former prime minister Benazir murder case.
The FIA moved an application for postponement of hearing, with the stance that new prosecutor has not been appointed till now.That is why the agency could submit chalan in the court.
The court while scolding the investigation officer ordered him to submit chalan at every cost on next hearing.
The court also sought an explanation from CPO Rawalpindi for not providing security to FIA prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar.
Next hearing of the aforesaid case would be on June 25.
