KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Director General of Sindh Rangers has taken notice of the Shah Faisal Colony firing incident that killed a man when he failed to pull his car over on Tuesday.
According to Rangers spokesman, the DG Rangers has ordered a court of inquiry and suspended the individual involved.
Meanwhile, police have also registered a case against the Rangers personnel allegedly involved in the killing. Police said that no criminal record of Haider was found in any police station and no weapons were recovered from him.
Rangers signalled Ghulam Haider to stop his car but he did not, over which the officials opened fire at him, killing him on the spot. Haider’s car consequently collided with a motorcycle, injuring the rider.
