ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court on Monday returned the review petition of Fasih Bukhari with objections against the decision of his dismissal.
It may be mentioned here that former chief of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Fasih Bukhari had filed review petition against the apex court’s decision in which his appointment was declared null and void.
The registrar office of Supreme Court today returned the petition with different technical objections on it.
The registrar office has sought attachment of apex court’s detailed verdict and inclusion of referred resolutions of Pakistan Bar and Supreme Court Bar.
It was also stated that inappropriate language has been used in the petition, whereas, Fasih Bukhari has submitted the petition as Chairman NAB despite the court orders.
