LAHORE (Dunya News):-Lahore High Court resumed hearing of petition filed against Nawaz Sharif, his brother Shahbaz Sharif and Khwaja Sa’ad Rafiq in which the petitioner Shahid Orakzai was of the view that all the three leaders of PML-N were involved in assaulting on the building of Supreme Court.
He requested the court that all the three accused should be declared disqualified for committing in heinous crime.
The court said that the phase of appeal was over. The petitioner was of the opinion that he can’t be held responsible for this delay.
At this, the court made it clear that if his petition is maintainable, new bench would be formed for further hearing.
The court put off hearing for June 11, with the direction that more arguments should be put before the court in order to prove the stance of petitioner.
