(Web Desk) - Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso has thanked the people for coming out in huge numbers and exercising their right to vote.
He also congratulated all the political parties and candidates for participating in the elections so that the people can be given a choice to express their opinion.
The Prime Minister has appreciated the efforts made by Election Commission‚ law enforcement agencies‚ federal and provincial authorities‚ media and civil society for their role and cooperation with the caretaker government for achieving its objective of holding general elections in a free‚ fair and orderly manner.
Mir Hazar Khan Khoso expressed the confidence that the phase of counting of votes will also be completed smoothly.
The Prime Minister reiterated the resolve of the caretaker government that it will hand over power to the representatives of the people of Pakistan without any delay as stipulated in the Constitution.
