Summary Two persons were killed while many others got hurt in firing incident on Friday in Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-Clashes erupted in the area of Shahpur Kanjran where Murtaza and Shehzad groups exchanged harsh words over some trifle matter. Later, rival forces started crossfire and targeted each other.
As a result, Murtaza was killed on the spot while Shehzad sustained injuries and was rushed to Jinnah Hospital where bullying armed men shot him dead and escaped the site of occurrence.
Doctors and paramedical staff stopped serving patients as a protest against barbarism.
Following the mishap, panic spread in the hospital where patients and other peoples were scared.
Doctors have demanded of the government that special arrangements should be made to keep the environment suitable for rendering services; otherwise they would be bound to go on strike in this regard.
