Summary The challan against Pervez Musharraf cannot be presented in the court today.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – According to sources, the investigation against former president Pervez Musharraf has not completed yet and the challan against former ruler in Benazir Bhutto assassination case will be presented in the court next week.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) sources informed that former president’s appearance in the court today is not necessary. However, evidences in the record would be read out in the court today and the bail application of the former president would be strongly opposed.
