Summary Fazlur Rehman says the governors of Balochistan and KP may influence the polling process.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - JUI-F chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman on Thursday wrote a letter to Chief Election Commissioner Justice (R) Fakhar-ud-Din G Ibrahim on and demanded removal of governors of Balochistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhawa.

He took stance that the President Asif Ali Zardari could be influenced on the electoral process through governors of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan so that both politically motivated governors should be replaced before elections.

He informed the ECP that according to his information Governor KP Engineer Shaukat Ullah was given the task of rigging in FATA so ECP should take prompt action.

The letter further added that old polling stations should be revived in FATA instead of making new ones.

It is pertinent to mention here that the PML-N had already asked ECP to change all the four governors for holding transparent elections.
