A 25-member team of Dera Bugti police had filed an application to the ATC seeking inclusion of former army ruler in the assassination case, stating that Musharraf was wanted to the police.

The court on Tuesday allowed the police team to interrogate Musharraf at his Chak Shahzad farmhouse which has been declared sub jail. The ATC, however, rejected a plea for immediate physical remand of Musharraf.

Since his arrival from a self-imposed exile in Dubai, Gen (retd) Musharraf faces an array of problems in the form of multiple cases, seriously hampering his plans of contesting in general elections in the country on May 11.
