Summary ATC has issued summons for Pervez Musharraf to appear in Benazir murder case today.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) has issued summons for Pervez Musharraf to appear before the court in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
Benazir Bhutto was assassinated in a gun-and-bomb attack outside Rawalpindi’s Liaquat Bagh on December 27, 2007. She was killed after addressing an election campaign rally in the city.
Meanwhile, a petition has also been filed in the Supreme Court asking to shift Pervez Musharraf to jail from Chak Shehzad Farm House.
