KARACHI (Dunya News) - Former city nazim Niamatullah Khan on Saturday filed an objection against the nomination papers of Pervez Musharraf for NA-250 constituency.
The objection as raised that Musharraf violated the constitution twice during his rule, sacked the chief justice and is answerable in the Bugti murder case and the Lal Masjid operation.
It must be mentioned here that that Niamatullah is also contesting election from the same constituency (NA-250) in Karachi on a Jamaat-i-Islami s ticket.
