ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A full bench of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) resumed hearing of fake degree cases against three former parliamentarians in Islamabad on Saturday.
The commission is likely to issue verdict against 12 former lawmakers in fake degree cases today.
Chief Election Commissioner Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim is chairing the session. Cases against these twelve parliamentarians started on the directives of the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile‚ the Election Commission is currently hearing cases against Tariq Magsi, Nawabzada Muhammad Akbar, and Seemal Kamran.
