According to sources, Additional Sessions Judge Nasim Khan conducted hearing of the case in which former member of KP Assembly Sardar Ali was awarded three years jail imprisonment for holding a fake degree.
It is worth mentioning that Sardar Ali Khan had won the seat of PMA from PK as an independent candidate.
One the other hand Sardar Ali Khan was of the view that his degree was not fake and he would challenge the verdict in the Peshawar High Court.
