Summary A five-member bench of the Supreme Court (SC) will hear Karachi no-go-areas case today.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A larger five-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will take up the case of Karachi no-go-areas today.
The Chief Justice had taken suo motu notice on media reports about existence of no-go-areas in Karachi and decided to form a larger bench to hear the case immediately. The apex court has also issued notice to Sindh Advocate General and sought his report.
