Summary Akhtar Mengal says his party is against the concept of military operation in Balochistan.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Addressing a news conference on Wednesday chief of Balochistan National Party-Mengal‚ Sardar Akhtar Mengal said that his party has decided to contest general elections and has also constituted a board for the purpose.
He said that BNP would contest the elections without forming electoral alliance with any other political party; however, seat-to-seat adjustment was possible, he said.
Mengal said that the party manifesto would be announced in the next few days.
Mengal said that Balochistan issue cannot be resolved with telling jokes.
He said that free and fair elections are not possible in Balochistan if concerns about law and order situation in the province are not addressed.
