Summary At least 23 people were killed when a coach turned turtle at the Sheikhupura-Faisalabad Road.
SHEIKHUPURA (Dunya News) - According to details, a passenger coach collided with an electric poll due to over-speeding and turned turtle in Khariyanwala near Sheikhupura due to which 23 people were killed and 37 others sustained injuries.
The passenger coach was travelling from Sialkot to Faisalabad. Rescue teams reached the site of the accident and shifted the dead and injured to DHQ Hospital.
The rescue teams have expressed fear that the death toll may rise further. Those who died in the accident included, Waris and Shahzad from Sialkot, Shakeel and Haider from Samundari and Abdul Razzaq from Faisalabad.
