LAHORE (Online) - The formation process of caretaker governments in Sindh and Balochistan was challenged in the Supreme Court Lahore Registry on Thursday.
Petitioner Dr Mubashar Hassan contended that caretaker governments are not being formed according to the constitution. He said that article 62 and 63 are not being followed in the electoral process.
The said that measures should be taken to stop fake degree and dual nationality holders from contesting general elections.
