Summary Imran Khan alleges that PML-N is attempting to sabotage his public meeting in Lahore on March 23.

LAHORE (Dunya News) - Addressing a meeting regarding submission of applications by the would-be PTI candidates to contest the general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan said that the government was violating code of conduct by distributing jobs at the end of its tenure. He said that PTI would move the election commission against this act.

Imran said that the PTI takes the forthcoming elections as World Cup and will make all out efforts to win.

Meanwhile, in a question and answer session with the newspapers editors in Lahore, Imran Khan said if his party won the elections he would not take oath administered by President Asif Ali Zardari.

Responding to a question, he said that sit-ins staged by Tahirul Qadri would be considered as backing the status quo.
Imran said that his party would convince Tahirul Qadri to participate in the general elections.

Addressing the newly elected office bearer of PTI, Imran Khan announced that the chairman of the party would be elected for two terms and after that another person would replace the position.

He said that the success of last year’s tsunami of the PTI was termed as an effort of former ISI chief General (r) Pasha and this time the rulers would also be thinking about blaming another army general for the success of PTI’s public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan on March 23.

PTI workers chanted slogans on this occasion and expressed their confidence in the leadership.
