KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court while disposing of the petition of DSP Aurangzeb, ordered provincial Law Secretary Ghulam Nabi Shah to appoint a new prosecutor in Shahzeb murder case.
SHC’s division bench comprising Justice Maqbool Baqir and Justice Riazat Ali heard the complaint on Tuesday.
During case proceeding, the bench rejected the notification regarding special public prosecutor Muzaffar Solangi’s representation in the case.
