Summary PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that PPP and its allies have failed to deliver.
MARDAN (Online): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Mian Nawaz Sharif said on Friday that PPP and its allies have failed to deliver in the last five years.
He said the bloodshed is continued in Karachi and Balocistan and innocent people are being killed. “If we came in power we will maintain law and order situation in the country”, he said while addressing a huge public meeting at the Railway ground here. Kwaja Mohammad Khan Hoti, Pir Sabir Shah and Inayat Shah Bacha advocate also addressed the public meeting.
PML-N workers of Mardan, Malakand, Sawabi, Nowshera and other areas attended the meeting in large number. Former district president of Awami National Party (ANP) and ex-president of District Bar Mardan Abdul Hameed Khan advocate, Surish Komar and Haji Mir Alam along with their family and supporters announced joining the PML-N in Nawaz Sharif’s presence.
Nawaz said that under his government the country was on the way to progress and development and had he remained in power the situation in Pakistan would have been different.
He said that during his rule the Pakistani currency and economy were stronger than that of India and Pakistan was considered a developed country. He said he wanted to link Torkham to Karachi and Gwadar during his tenure and also wanted link Jalalabad, Kabal, Mazar Sharif and to Tashkand through motorway and in this connection he arranged meetings with presidents of both the countries.
Mian Nawaz Sharif added that if he came into power again he will try his best to solve the problem of power crises within two years. He added that he will also develop better relations with Afghanistan and will also solve the issue of Kashmir.
Nawaz Sharif said that if he came into power he will establish four industrial zones in Mardan district and also establish kidney and burn centre. “We presented written constitution to the nation and we will follow our constitution if we came into power”, he added.
