ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard a contempt of court applications, filed by the affected employees of the federal government stating that the court’s repeated orders to this effect were not being implemented by the concerned authorities.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed the District and Sessions Judge to furnish a detailed report until March 7 over the pending adjudication of government residences in the federal capital.
