Summary Chief Justice Lahore High Court will hear the petition on Monday.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A petition was filed against Hajj Policy 2013 in the Lahore High Court, stating that policy violates article-25 of the constitution.
The petitioner stated that Ministry for Religious Affairs has increased the Hajj expenditures by 40 percent due to which a large number of intending pilgrims will not be able to perform Hajj, thus, a stay order should be issued against the policy.
