ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Supreme Court has approved the request of Director General Intelligence Bureau for clandestine proceedings of the IB Funds Case.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary heard the case about alleged misuse of the IB funds.
AGP Irfan Qadir submitted the reply on behalf of DG IB. The Court stated that it would read the reply in the Chamber before giving any further orders.
Hearing of the case was adjourned till two weeks.
