Summary 12 people including five women died as their bus fell into a ravine on Friday in Peshawar area.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News):-According to sources, the victims hailing from the same family and village were on their way by bus from Budho Samar Bagh to Mardan in order to attend a social ceremony. When the bus reached near Char Sadda Road, the driver could not have a control over it and the bus fell into a nullah.
As a result, eight people including five women drowned while many others sustained severe injuries.
Having information, rescue teams reached the site of occurrence and ultimately succeeded in pulling out the victims out of water.
The victims included Kainat, Shandan, Polae, Khalida, Gorae and Shair Afzal.
So far as the injured persons were concerned, they were shifted to nearby hospital for first aid.
