Summary The resignations of PPP’s seven members of Punjab Assembly have been accepted on Thursday.
LAHORE (Dunya News):-The Assembly Secretariat issued notices of five members on February 20 while the notices of remaining three’s resignations were released today (Thursday).
It is worth noting that nine members of provincial assembly had tendered their resignations on February 15.
According to Dunya News, Punjab Assembly’s ex-members Javed Alauddin, Nishat Daha and Rana Baber’s resignations were accepted on December 14 while the resignations of Sardar Kamil, Rana Munawwar Ghous, Qaisar Sindhu and Abbas Zafer Baraj were accepted on February 13.
So far as the resignation of Uzma Bukhari is concerned, it was accepted on February 14.
According to sources, the resignations of Functional League’s members Qazi Ahmad Saeed and Syed Murtaza Mehmood also had been accepted while Assembly Secretariat is absolutely unconscious about the resignation of Jamil Shah.
